Role: BA/PO (Investment Banking)
Work Location: St Louis, MO (Hybrid)
Job Description:
- Convert features into smaller user stories and refines stories with the team, by capturing acceptance criteria
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation, ensuring definition of ready for development
- Research questions from the team by reaching out to appropriate areas to gather information
- Able to proficiency collect and keep information organized
- Problem solving, analytical thinking and ability to adjust quickly to changes
- Willingness to learn the different roles of the team, and to adjust story writing based on what the roles need
- Able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Responsible for ensuring required data is filled out across systems (Jira, qTest, ServiceNow) that are used for metrics and reporting
- Maintaining an understanding of in-progress work to help PO/TL adjust the work backlog if needed and what is ready for a release
- Investment banking domain knowledge
